Focal mucosal lesions with lymphocytic and neutrophilic infiltration and diffuse macrophage infiltration. Slit‑like ulcer parallel to the mucosal surface, fibrinoid necrosis, and epithelioid granulomas present.Findings consistent with Crohn’s disease
